By making a purchase or registering for any product, service, class, or membership through our website or any authorised sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund, Returns & Disclaimer Policy.
ThreeLeaf Learning Center reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
2. Physical Products
(Including but not limited to DIY Kits, Essential Oils, Health Supplements)
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if all of the following conditions are met:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
A valid receipt or order number is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used essential oils, skincare, or health supplement products
DIY kits that have been partially used, opened, or tampered with
Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@threeleaflearning.com
Provide your order number, clear product photos, and reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be issued
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Important Notes:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or confirmed to be defective
3. Online Courses, Workshops & E-Learning Access
Due to the digital and educational nature of these offerings:
All workshop bookings and online course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed
If you are unable to attend a live class, you may request a one-time transfer to another available session, subject to approval and seat availability
For pre-recorded or e-learning courses, access remains valid as stated in the course description, and no refunds will be provided for early cancellation or incomplete participation
If a class or event is cancelled by ThreeLeaf Learning Center, you will be offered either:
A rescheduled session, or
A full refund to the original payment method
4. Memberships, Subscriptions & Loyalty Programmes
All memberships, subscription plans (including but not limited to Club99), loyalty credits, ThreeLeaf Coins, reward points, and promotional benefits are non-refundable once activated or payment is processed, except in cases of:
Accidental duplicate billing
Verified technical or system errors
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photo evidence.
Upon verification, we will arrange for:
A replacement item, or
Store credit
at no additional cost to you.
6. E-Store Credit, ThreeLeaf Coins, Points & Coupons
All e-store credits, ThreeLeaf Coins, reward points, and promotional coupons issued by ThreeLeaf Learning Center:
Are not exchangeable for cash, bank transfer, or any monetary equivalent
Cannot be redeemed as cash refunds
Are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
May only be used to offset eligible purchases on the ThreeLeaf Learning Center platform, subject to category, campaign, or promotional rules
Validity Period
E-store credits, ThreeLeaf Coins, points, and coupons are valid for up to one (1) year from the user’s last active date, which may include a purchase, class attendance, or account activity, unless a shorter validity period is stated at the time of issuance
Expired credits, points, or coupons will not be reinstated, extended, or refunded
ThreeLeaf Learning Center reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any rewards, credit, or loyalty programme at its discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Product Information Disclaimer
While ThreeLeaf Learning Center strives to ensure that all product images, descriptions, ingredient information, and other content displayed on our website are accurate and up to date, manufacturers may occasionally make changes to product packaging, labeling, or formulations that are pending update on our platform.
As a result:
Products may sometimes be delivered with packaging or labeling that differs from images shown on our website
Such variations do not affect product freshness, quality, or authenticity
Customers are strongly advised to:
