Refund, Returns and Programme Terms

Effective and last updated: 10 August 2026

This policy applies to purchases from ThreeLeaf Learning Center (“ThreeLeaf”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including physical products, courses, live classes, activities, memberships and subscriptions. It also sets out key financial rules for ThreeLeaf Coins, referral earnings and the Referral Cash Wallet.

Your mandatory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for goods that do not conform to contract under Singapore law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails.

1. Before requesting a return or refund

Email info@threeleaflearning.com with your name, order or registration number, item or service, reason for the request, and relevant photographs or documents. Do not send goods back until we provide return instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method where reasonably possible; processing time after approval depends on the bank or payment provider.

2. Physical products

Change-of-mind requests

Unless a product page or promotion states otherwise, we do not guarantee change-of-mind returns. If we agree as a goodwill exception, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original saleable packaging with proof of purchase. The customer bears return delivery costs and transit risk unless we agree otherwise.

Incorrect, damaged, defective or non-conforming goods

Inspect your order promptly. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible—preferably within 48 hours for visible delivery damage or an incorrect item—so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier. Please keep the product and packaging and provide clear photographs where requested.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction or refund. A short notification period does not remove a mandatory legal right for a latent defect or non-conforming good.

Items generally not eligible for change-of-mind return

  • opened or used essential oils, skincare, personal-care, health or hygiene products;
  • food, supplements, perishables or products with broken hygiene or safety seals;
  • customised, personalised, clearance or final-sale goods where clearly identified;
  • gift cards, redeemed vouchers and downloadable or digital content once supplied; and
  • goods damaged through misuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification or ordinary wear.

This exclusion concerns change-of-mind returns and does not override mandatory rights relating to a defect or misdescription.

3. Courses, lessons, workshops, live classes and activities

Places, instructor time, venue capacity and digital access may be reserved once payment or registration is confirmed. Unless the specific listing states a different cancellation rule:

  • fees are not refundable after digital materials, recordings, access credentials or a substantial part of the service has been supplied;
  • failure to attend, late arrival, inability to access because of the participant’s equipment or connectivity, or failure to read sent reminders does not by itself create a refund right;
  • a participant may request one transfer to another available session or eligible person before the stated cut-off, subject to our approval, capacity, price differences and administrative conditions;
  • registrations, access links, certificates and attendance records must not be resold, shared or falsified; and
  • attendance confirmation or any attendance-linked lucky draw or reward is subject to the announced verification method and does not guarantee a prize, certificate or completion status.

If ThreeLeaf cancels a paid class or activity and cannot provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled session, we will offer an appropriate credit or refund for the unprovided service. We are not responsible for indirect travel, accommodation, equipment or other external costs except where required by law.

We may replace an instructor, adjust reasonable programme details, move a session online, or reschedule for safety, illness, insufficient enrolment, venue, technical or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If the change is material, we will provide reasonable notice and an appropriate remedy having regard to what has already been supplied.

4. Memberships and subscriptions

The checkout page or membership offer will state the price, billing period and included benefits. Where recurring billing applies, you authorise charges at the disclosed interval until cancellation or expiry. You are responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.

  • You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us before the next billing date. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • After membership activation or use of membership benefits, fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated, except for duplicate or incorrect billing, failure to supply the service, a specifically advertised guarantee, or where law requires otherwise.
  • Benefits, tier status, Coin earning or redemption enhancements, referral rates and activity privileges apply only while the relevant eligibility conditions are met. Benefits may end or change when membership expires, is cancelled, refunded, paused or revoked.
  • Premium Ambassador or similar earned status may require an active underlying membership, stated activity criteria and administrative approval. Qualification indicators do not guarantee approval or permanent status.

If we materially change a paid recurring membership, we will provide notice appropriate to the change and apply it prospectively where reasonably practicable. We may suspend access while payment is overdue and may terminate membership for material misuse, fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct or repeated breach, subject to applicable law.

5. ThreeLeaf Coins

ThreeLeaf Coins are promotional loyalty points, not cash, legal tender, cryptocurrency, a bank deposit, stored-value money or an investment. They cannot be withdrawn from the Referral Cash Wallet, exchanged for cash, sold or transferred between accounts unless we expressly provide a feature that permits it.

  • Coins may be earned and redeemed only under the rates, product eligibility, percentage limits, membership rules and other conditions displayed or in force when the relevant transaction is processed.
  • Displayed estimates are not final. Final Coins may be based on eligible net merchandise value after discounts and may exclude tax, delivery, gift cards, excluded products or categories.
  • Coins earned from an order may be pending until the qualifying transaction is complete. If an order is cancelled, failed, refunded, reversed or charged back, related Coins may be withheld or removed. Coins redeemed on an eligible refunded order may be restored according to the transaction ledger.
  • We may correct clerical, technical, duplicate or calculation errors and may freeze, remove or cancel Coins linked to fraud, account sharing, manipulation, prohibited resale or programme abuse after reasonable review.
  • Expiry rules, if enabled, will be shown in the relevant programme or account information. We will not represent an expiry period that is not actually configured.

We may change prospective Coin earning, redemption, caps, eligibility and programme rules for legitimate business, legal or technical reasons. We will not retrospectively reduce a completed cash refund merely because reward rates later change.

6. Referral earnings and Referral Cash Wallet

Referral earnings are conditional commissions, separate from ThreeLeaf Coins. A referral link or account connection does not guarantee income. The account dashboard may show the current rate, eligibility rules, holding period, exclusions and minimum withdrawal.

When commission is earned

  • Commission applies only to eligible, genuine, attributable purchases by a valid referred customer and is calculated on the eligible product basis after discounts, excluding tax, delivery and excluded products or categories unless stated otherwise.
  • Commission first remains pending during the applicable holding or verification period. Only an available balance can be requested for withdrawal.
  • A refund, cancellation, failed payment, dispute or chargeback may reduce or reverse the related commission, including after it was displayed. If an overpayment occurs, we may offset it against future earnings or seek repayment where reasonable and lawful.
  • Membership, category, special-agent, Premium and bonus rates apply according to the priority and eligibility rules displayed in the account. Future rates and exclusions may change prospectively.

Fair use and anti-fraud

Self-referral, creating or controlling duplicate customer accounts, false identities or orders, collusive purchases, misleading promotion, unsolicited spam, bidding on or impersonating ThreeLeaf branding, manipulating attendance or membership status, and any attempt to generate commission without a genuine eligible sale are prohibited. We may place earnings or withdrawals on hold while we investigate, request identity or transaction evidence, reject an invalid claim, reverse improperly generated amounts, suspend referral privileges or close an account. Automated flags are reviewed in context.

Withdrawals and tax

A withdrawal requires the minimum available balance shown in your account and complete, accurate payout details. Requests may be paid by the supported PayNow or bank method after review. Bank, provider or foreign-exchange fees outside our control may apply. You are responsible for your own tax, reporting, licensing and other obligations arising from referral activity. We may request information reasonably needed for identity, fraud, accounting, tax or legal checks.

A submitted withdrawal may be held or rejected if details cannot be verified, the balance is insufficient, the underlying transaction is disputed, or fraud is reasonably suspected. We will correct confirmed processing errors. Referral participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authority to bind ThreeLeaf.

7. Coupons, vouchers and store credit

Coupons, vouchers and promotional credits are subject to their stated validity, eligible items, minimum spend, usage limits and combination rules. They are not redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly stated. If an order is refunded, an applied coupon may not be reissued; store credit may be used where it is the agreed remedy.

8. Promotions, lucky draws and attendance rewards

A promotion, lucky draw or activity reward may have separate published rules covering eligibility, attendance verification, entry period, selection, notification, prize collection and disqualification. Those specific rules apply in addition to this policy. We may disqualify duplicate, automated, false or manipulated entries and substitute a reasonably equivalent prize if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

9. Order and programme integrity

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, registration, redemption, payout or account action before fulfilment where there is an obvious price or description error, stock or capacity issue, payment failure, legal restriction, security concern, suspected resale or fraud, or breach of applicable terms. If we cancel a paid item before supplying it, we will refund the affected amount, less any portion lawfully attributable to a service already supplied.

Chargebacks should not be used to obtain both a service or product and a payment reversal. We may provide transaction and delivery records to payment providers and suspend related benefits while a dispute is investigated.

10. Product and wellness information

Product, wellness, course and workshop information is educational and general. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Ingredients and suitability can vary; read labels and consult an appropriately qualified professional where needed, particularly for pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions or medicines. Results and learning outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

11. Liability and events outside reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law, ThreeLeaf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for following safety instructions, protecting account credentials, supplying accurate details and using products and learning materials appropriately.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update this policy for future transactions and programme activity. The version displayed when a purchase or material programme transaction occurs will ordinarily govern that transaction, while mandatory law continues to apply. This policy is governed by Singapore law, and the parties submit to the Singapore courts, without preventing either party from using an available consumer dispute-resolution process.
