Open My Account and choose ThreeLeaf Coins. Your balance and recorded transactions are shown there.
Why is the redeem percentage different between products?
Limits may be set globally, by category or for an individual product. Membership benefits and active promotions can also affect the final allowance.
Are shipping and tax discounted with Coins?
No. The merchandise saving is calculated separately; tax and delivery are added according to the order and shipping method.
What happens if I cancel or refund an order?
Eligible Coin redemptions and rewards are reversed or restored through the ThreeLeaf Coin ledger according to the order status.
