You Will Need:

• 1 sachet of Yogourmet Yogurt Starter
• 1 litre of milk
• Yogurt maker or suitable incubation method
• Clean pots or container

1. Heat 1 litre of milk to 82°C / 180°F or bring it to a boil.

2. Let the milk cool down to 42–44°C / 108–112°F. If you do not have a thermometer, the milk should feel warm but not hot when tested carefully.

3. Add 1 sachet of Yogourmet Yogurt Starter and stir until completely dissolved.

4. Pour the mixture into the pots and place them in your yogurt maker.

5. Incubate for a minimum of 5 hours for regular yogurt, or around 9 hours for probiotic yogurt, until the yogurt reaches your desired consistency.

6. Refrigerate for about 8 hours to stop fermentation.
