Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, for a three day regimen:
Day 1: 4 servings
Day 2: 2 servings
Day 3: 2 servings
For long term use, take 1 tsp (5 ml) 1-2 times spread throughout the day. May be mixed with water or food.
