Serving Suggestion
1. Add Barley Grass Powder into 200ml lukewarm water, or your favourite beverage.
2. To prepare a refreshing green juice drink, dissolve 3 tsp of barley grass powder and 1 tbsp of fresh raw honey in 200ml of cold water. Serve chilled.
Recommended servings:
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons, 2-3 times a day.
Children 1-12 years old: 1/2-1 teaspoon, 1-2 times a day.
