This dried black fungus is sourced directly from single farm in Zhejiang. It is organically grown in Qingyuan county under organic agricultural method without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Free from preservatives & sulphur treatment. Certified NASAA organic. Has a very aromatic fragrance with a soft texture, our dried white fungus are great to be added in any vegan & vegetarian dishes.
