Inspired by a traditional style of green tea called matcha iri genmaicha, we blended crushed sencha and finely powdered matcha with toasted rice to create this earthy, balanced, and healthy tea.* Some of our favorite matcha hails from the verdant tea fields of Japan—the finest expression of green tea!

**Please note: our packaging is changing as of April 2019. If you happen to notice that the cartons of tea you receive in your order do not match the packaging images on our website, not to worry. Our tea has a 3-year shelf life.
