2. Physical Products (e.g. DIY Kits, Essential Oils, Supplements)
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

Opened or used essential oils, skincare, or health supplement products

DIY kits that have been partially used or tampered with

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return Process

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or defective.
3. Online Courses, Workshops, and E-Learning Access
Due to the digital and educational nature of our offerings:

All workshop bookings and online course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

If you are unable to attend a live class, you may request to transfer your slot to another available session (subject to approval and seat availability).

For pre-recorded or e-learning courses, access will remain valid as stated in your course terms, and no refunds will be given for early cancellation or incomplete participation.
If a class or event is cancelled by ThreeLeaf, you will be offered:

A rescheduled session, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.
4. Membership and Subscription Fees
Memberships, loyalty credits, and subscription plans (such as Club99) are non-refundable once activated or payment is processed, except in cases of accidental duplicate billing or technical errors.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
